• After years of not working out, a friend asked me to take a Solidcore class with her. I became completely addicted. After moving away from the DMV for a few years, I am so excited to return to the area and to Solidcore. The workout never gets boring or easy and you see incredible results almost immediately. I really like the Wildwood location. I commute by car and parking nearby is always easy. It's also nice being near shops so I can get errands done while coming to and from class. I also have to say that the teachers are outstanding and such wonderful people.

• I loved it. I'm a pretty athletic person but this was a totally different workout and I got more fulfillment afterwards then I would have just running or doing a team workout
