• Bethann is a fantastic instructor. Due to a health issue I was unable to take classes for the past few months. After being cleared to return to workout I chose SC and Bethann’s class to kick start my workouts. She was very helpful in easing me back in to the workout. She provided modifications where needed. SC provides such a warm and welcoming environment to everyone. Happy to be back at it
