• April was a fantastic coach and made my first class extremely comfortable and exciting! She was energetic, kind, and eager to help, even while kicking our butts and making us sweat. The facility was very clean, just slightly hard to find once you entered the parking lot.

• First of all, solidcore is the hardest workout I’ve ever done. That’s why I love it! Every time I attend a class, I am reminded of how strong I am, and how grateful I am that my mind and body and do this. Solidcore takes mental and physical strength, which is another reason I love it. The music is loud and motivating and the teachers are incredible. All of them!!
