• I LOVE this workout, the coaches, the atmosphere, the people I have met here! The coaches are knowledgeable, fun, motivational, and really push you to go beyond where you think you can! Even more, the coaches know how to work around physical limitations and previous injuries so that you still get a great workout without hurting yourself. The workout is intense for sure - but you leave knowing you are stronger than when you walked in. Since starting [solidcore] I am so much stronger and have better balance than I did when I started - it has truly changed my body! I am addicted to {solidcore] and recommend everyone try at least one class

• I absolutely love [solidcore] Mosaic! The instructors and music is always on point. I have only been 6 times, but every class I take I feel stronger. HIGHLY recommend.
