I love [solidcore]! I've been going since they opened, now totaling about 150 classes. I can see muscles I never knew I had and I keep getting stronger. The coaches are great and the manager, Hannah Beth, is a rock star!

Wow! What a workout! I bamboozled my husband into joining me for my first class and we both really enjoyed it. It's HARD. But it's doable. I definitely wouldn't be scared to do it now that I know what it's about. The coach (HB) had great energy without being annoying. The class flows really well and they always let you know what's coming so you can mentally prepare. Definitely check it out.
