• The class started right on time and was action packed. I could tell my instructor Lisa was very experienced and even knew my name. You could tell quickly that she knew everyone in the class and that everyone was there for her. Lisa was very helpful with one on one instruction as it was my first time there. It can be intimidating coming into a new workout class( especially as a male) with little to zero experience on the reformer style machines. Lisa made me feel welcome and helped me to have an incredible first workout. I was quick to learn and when I was struggling with a transition she was on it and came over to help me. She even explained a bit after class about the class packages and options. I will definitely be back!! Lisa was fantastic.
