• I love doing this workout. I feel so strong afterwards. During it I feel like I can’t do it because it’s so hard but the coaches are so encouraging to keep pushing through. I love it. Only my second class and I will for sure be coming back. I love feeling sore all over my body the next couple days too. It makes me feel like I really worked hard.
