  • By far the most intense workout. While you may not be sprinting around or doing burpees, your muscles will be on fire the moment the music changes and the lights are turned down. Never have I pushed myself to these limits that I do in this room. Just when you think to yourself "my muscles are never going to stop shaking. I need a break," thanks to the upbeat music, the positive instructors, and the motivating members surrounding you, you manage to find the energy to do one more rep. I started this workout to get in shape for my wedding and I've never turned back.
