  • I attended my first class and it exceeded my expectations. I am especially grateful for the app, the ease of scheduling, the lighting, the spacing of machines, and the instructor respecting everyone’s time by starting and finishing on time. I would have liked to receive a video or some type of material to better orient myself with the machines and the moves for the class, but other than that, it was wonderful!
