  • I chose a score of 10 because of the increased Arms and Abs back on the schedule like original times and because of FOUR wonderful humans - Lance, Maddy, Joe and Kim. If these coaches weren’t there I would be gone! These four are GOLD, absolute gems. They have fire sequences (and music playlists), are so fun loving, personable and kind, and motivate me to push myself. Seriously, give these four a raise!!! You better hold on to them SO tight!
