• Because SRT is the only place that creates a TEAM environment atmosphere where you feel like you would be letting other participants down if you weren't challenging yourself. I feel if you are not pushing yourself, you are lessening the experience of someone next to you. When you see other people push and fight to finish or get 1 more rep it is motivating and reminds you that everyone is setting an example of hard work. People are watching and it is contagious. I have NEVER been able to simulate that by going to a gym by myself or even with just 1 other person or workout partner.
