• Natalie gave me one of the best massages in my life, it relieved a lot of my pain, cost less than a physical therapist would to do the same, so it both worked better and was a better deal price wise.

• Only because it was my first time and I wasn't given explanation as to... here's your robe and slippers, choose a locker for your things, etc. In fact when I was getting ready to leave I thought - oh shoot, should I just have closed this curtain to get ready because I locked the sliding doors and had the whole room to myself. Haha
