• Amy is exceptional. She explains everything she is doing, she is thorough, and expedite. When she shaped my brows she took the time to map them out while o was sitting upright. This has not been done previously at Solei when getting my brows shaped. My arch was not in the right spot for my face shape and they were not symmetrical. She mapped them out, dyed them, shaped them, and then lightly shaded the area that I need to grow back in and it was an amazing the difference it made. I’m excited to see the transformation of my brows over the next few months as she continues this process. I wish that everyone was trained to map out brows before shaping. She is very talented. Since she started doing my lashes in late December, my retention has been better and they look amazing! She is very knowledgeable and talks me through her process. She is also very fast. My facial was so relaxing and she helped me pick out some skincare products afterwards that I am loving.
