I was very sore when I came in from riding my horse too hard after a break and I haven't had a massage in a long time. I asked for medium pressure and he did that. However, I was uncomfortably sore later that day and the next. I believe it was because of all those factors but I wish he would have reminded me how sore I would be after with medium pressure.Better to start with light pressure.....-+- A client doesn't always think of these things... .
