Soldierfit Rockville has a dedicated professional Team that puts together and delivers efficient workout sessions for all fitness levels. I have had amazing results once I have been consistent with attending and following SF workouts. SF is a very friendly space with great trainers and troops and I believe very competitive prices considering the workout classes offered! Definitely recommend!
