• Personable staff and members, the class leader (Kenny) was easy to follow and motivating, I loved his class! Worked all the muscles, even some I forgot I had. We were paired with a lovely couple A & J they were caring and made sure we felt welcomed and watched out for us. Looking forward to the next class and earning that shirt!
