It was my first time at Soldierfit and Dionte and Jared were very patient with me. I came in with a friend and she hasn't worked out in a few months and Jared was always checking up on her to see if she was okay. Soldierfit truly kicked our butts but having the continuous motivation from both instructors really helped. It truly was a judge free zone and it felt like a big community being there.
