Steven makes every Saturday class worth the 60 minutes, he is personable, fun/energetic, of course each session is a different work out but I feel like somehow they gear to a certain area I want to work on. He is also stern but in a friendly approach. Very sad Ryan is leaving also enjoyed all of his 5:30am classes!

I noticed that there aren't any disinfects and rags to wipe down equipment after squad members use them during the bootcamp This was a good practice at the SOLDIERFIT Bethesda location that I would like to see implemented here
