It was a great experience. The studio is so calming and kept very clean. The instructor made a point of making sure you were comfortable and not self conscience. I will be taking another class today!

The Instructor Kim was awesome, she was very through and explained things as she was teaching. I wish I understood more of the different terms she was using. My over all experience was amazing. Yani is also an amazing instructor and a great owner.
