Being my very first experience with yoga, this was beyond anything I could've ever imagined. I slept well that night and also woke up in the morning with most of my muscle groups sore in a very good way. I am applying the breathing to my all day, every day activity as well. Yoga is such an amazing part of life. I'm definitely going to make it part of my life and my families life. Thank you for all you do!
