Tre is an amazing instructor. My cousin Lexi and I go almost every Monday and we are not only greeted with a smile, he remembers us. His class is a mixture of strength and stretching & the overall class is fun. I feel powerful after Tre's classes and will continue coming back!

Mike’s classes are fantastic, the only thing I would improve at this studio is extending the expiration on the class packs. I love coming here but using 10 classes within 60 days is tough for my schedule. Even making it a 90 day expiration would help a lot.
