• I chose 10 because after many attempts to give a higher score and repeated "you can't do that" reply's ,not unlike my last relationship, I decided to just give up and do what the text said much like my last relationship.....plus it was awesome service great atmosphere, and talented staff!

• We were welcomed when we arrived, offered tea or water while we waited. While browsing the products we were approached by a sylist( I think), offeredhelp and she made recommendations. My facial was manicure were done by Gabrielle and both services were done with care and pride in her work and work place. My facial was fantastic and manicure perfect! The salon and Spa areas were kept immaculate. Very fresh and clean environment. While checking outwe were thanked for coming by both Gabrielle and reception with a hopes that we return........and we will! Thank you for the great service!

• Loved the decor. The background music was such a fresh change to a traditional spa. Had a really young feel and all the staff were lovely and the services were extremely well done! Will be back to SOFLO again.
