• Several years ago, I did a couple Qi Gong classes, a hip hop yoga class and a Mother’s Day and an Easter Sunday circle. Also, my husband and I helped with weeding SoderWorld’s incredible backyard oasis several years ago. I’m inspired by and feel an intense sense of connection to SoderWorld’s mind, body and spirit essence. After a long break away from SoderWorld due to health issues, I was so excited to join you for Feel Good Friday. I was delighted to have a chance to experience a sound bath led by Chahe. It was an incredible experience that relaxed, revitalized and inspired me. I’m looking forward to joining him for his breath-work class tomorrow. Also, it was wonderful to bump into an aha-mazing woman I remembered from one of the Sunday circles I was lucky to be a part of. She recited a poem that blew me away that she had written. We hugged, she shared another aha-mazing poem with me and invited me to join her new poetry circle on the 3rd Sunday of the month. Though I wasn’t able to be part of her poetry group yesterday, I’m eagerly anticipating joining her st her poetry circle on the 3rd Su in March. Given all I’ve just shared, it comes as no surprise that I e-mailed this morning regarding my hopes of becoming a SoderWorld Ambassador.
