Solange made sure that she fully understood what I wanted with my hair. She spent nearly 6 hours working with me and my hair, and stopping every step of the way to ask if I am happy with the progress, or if I wanted to change anything, etc. She asked a lot of questions to fully ensure that I was getting exactly what I wanted, because she listened to my story about a previous bad haircut experience (which was at a different salon). She also puts notes in your file at the salon about how your hair behaves, techniques that were used to achieve the results, products that she used for coloring, etc etc. So you can trust that when you go back in 6-12 months, you can achieve the same goals with your hair; the specifics about your hair will never be forgotten in a sea of clients. I also loved how she explained things from a scientific perspective about how the different coloring techniques work on your hair, how they differ in the long term, and how that could effect my desires between the different techniques not only regarding the way it looks, but the long term maintenance. I love that she made sure I was fully informed about what I was asking for with my hair, I cannot emphasize that enough. Long story short, I have a haircut I have dreamt about for years that I wasn't entirely sure was even possible. I can't stop looking in the mirror. I love my hair and the confidence it has brought me. 10000/10 stars, thank you from the bottom of my heart. The honesty and collaboration I experienced was out of this world.
