Every interaction with the team at Soar has been amazing. Heather makes you feel special and welcome into her studio and her innate kindness and willingness to help makes Soar feel like a family. Every class or lesson I have had with Rachel, I have left feeling strong and capable. Rachel has worked me through so many doubts, fears and challenging pilates moves with a sweet smile. These women have given me a gift I can not repay.
The classes and instructors are all so very much educated in the practice of Pilates.

Soar is a place that makes you feel comfortable to learn and get better at understanding Pilates and your body. The instructors all gladly help guide you through the workouts by not only verbalizing and demonstrating it but by correctly positioning your body. They're encouraging and excited to see you grow within Pilates and I truly appreciate them all for their instruction and time.
