All the instructors and fantastic. The studio glows with calming and supportive energy. It feels like a safe place to challenge myself physically and mentally.

Heather answered all my questions as a newcomer, and then helped me with the scheduling when I had a hard time finding classes that weren't full at my level. She also personally helped me during that first class to make sure I was doing things correctly.
The knowledge, atmosphere. Attention to detail. The friendliness of the owner. And the patience with me. Studio is very clean and equipment in great shape.
