I hadn't been to one of Jessica classes in a while. I decided to go on Saturday and I'm so glad I did. I was reminded on what an amazing instructor she is. The workout was wonderful.
I absolutely enjoyed this class. I haven't taken a class like this before so it was new to me - the workout was great the studio itself was so clean and our instructor Jessica was fabulous. I really liked it - recommend very much !
Instructor gave you options to get more out of each movement & corrects your form when she sees it off. Much appreciated when you are new to some of the moves.
Great instructors who guide you through the moves ensuring that you're doing them correctly. It's always a great workout done with fun students and instructors.
