Great instructors And a wonderful atmosphere and a great way to make friends
Jessica the instructor is fantastic working with new students. This was my first class ever. So she watched over me to make sure I was positioned correctly and encouraged me to work hard but don't force my body to do things it's not ready to master.
The whole class seemed to enjoy her guidance and class
I loved how kind the instructor and classmates were. The workout was low impact but effective
Barbara was awesome!!!
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, I liked the small class size, it smelled good, and Jessica was great-- she was really looking out and making sure I felt secure and was doing the moments correctly
