The instructor, Rachel, is excellent. Her cues and annunciation were clear and The music was turned down so we could hear her instructions. The pace was fluid and easy to follow. She asked at the beginning of the class if we had any physical limitations and really listened to us by applying modifications as needed. She's the reason I'm going to come back to your studio.
Rachel is clear with direction and always provides a challenging but doable workout. I leave feeling uplifted, muscles ignited, and ready for more.
