I give yesterday's visit a 9. But I'd like to change my April visit score from a 10 to a 3 since I got a botched Botox job on my left eyebrow that has been dropping and hooded for weeks! I did not know this until a week or two after the procedure so I'd like to change my rating for that visit and have it noted on n my file for future injectors.
