Because the entire staff is so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I met Dr. Sneed on my way out of an appointment with the aesthetician, Kimberly, and Dr. Sneed spontaneously took the time to discuss more in-depth procedures that would best accomplish what I described I wanted to achieve - and DID NOT charge me a “consultation fee”! They treat you like family, and the office setting feels very “home-like”.
