Because I felt very welcomed and the environment was relaxing. Christy my injector was very informative and explained and answered all my questions and as I was in the hallway leaving Dr Sneed asked me how everything went and was I happy. That made me feel like a person..not just another number. I will be returning. They weren't in a hurry or trying to rush me.
