• First off everyone is so kind, however, the first time I had Morpheus8 (about 4 weeks ago) the numbing cream did not take effect completely and it was extraordinarily painful. My makeup and sunscreen was not removed prior to the numbing cream and I suspect this may have had something to do with it. I mentioned it to the person applying the cream, but she didn't seem to think it mattered. I did some research and it definitely matters. I wish I had washed my own face prior to going in but I had been out and about and had lots of makeup on as well as sunscreen and powder on top. Second time I had morpheus8 was much more comfortable because the numbing cream was allowed to sit on my face for a good hour and was applied to my bare skin. The negative that happened the second time was that the numbing cream entered my mouth (likely dripped down)and may have caused a burn/or reaction inside my mouth. I went home with an extremely painful mouth. I could barely open my mouth. As of today approximately 42 hours later my mouth is nearly healed. I understand things like this can happen. Overall I'm happy with the service I've received. It's too soon for me to see any real results from Morpheus8. I'm hoping with this second treatment I will see results as it is a very expensive procedure.
