They were closing early since they had no appointments but they squeezed me in last minute since I couldn't come before I needed it! The woman who helped me did the best job and made sure the tan was perfect and even everywhere!

OMG I booked the "one perspective facial" for $145 and over there they suggested me to have the microdermabrassion andI was okey with that if they could replace part of the perspective one with the microdermal one. But they just were so firm and didn't do that! I ended up paying $75 more besides the Groupon one!!! I wish it was worth it! It didn't at all !

I’m very sorry you were not happy with our pricing. You paid Groupon $140 for a $225 facial. That’s an $85 savings. We barely make any profit on the Groupon’s, and only do them so that we can create awareness in the local area for who we are, what services we have available and that we are located in The Shops at Mission Viejo Mall.
During your consultation you requested microdermabrasion. We informed you prior to doing your service the add on charge for that service is $75. The products we use for the prescriptive facial is expensive and we price the facials accordingly. You pulled up another Groupon and said, “it’s cheaper here”. We informed you that our price is $75. You said you wanted to have this service done and greed to the add-on service. You were aware of the pricing before the service, and you could have chosen not to have the microdermabrasion as an add-on service.
During your service we preformed 3 passes on your face, 3 on your chest and 2 passes on your neck (because this is a more sensitive area). Most places only do the service on your face unless you pay more. Our thought process on this service is to cover all the areas (face, neck, and chest) in order to get the most benefit for your time and money, thus our price of $75 and is extremely competitive for the price and quality of the service we provide. Your facial lasted 1 hour 20 mins.
To address your comment on replacing a part of the prescriptive facial service and give you the Dermabrasion for free. If we did that it would be like saying, I’ll not do a mask or the massage on you and replace it with microdermabrasion. There is a process to facials and leaving out portions of the process would not provide a good service.
Again, I’m sorry you feel you should have received the service add-on for free. However, as mentioned we clearly explained the pricing prior to preforming the service and you said you wanted to do it. It’s unfortunate that you left us a 1-star review when all our employee work very hard to provide excellent service and value for your money. Especially during Covid and the economy, it’s hard for small businesses and we rely on our reviews. We hope you reconsider all the facts and change the review. Thank you.

The staff is amazing! The customer service is above par, so great! My favorite benefit is the VIP program where I am able to earn points for additional teeth whitening for only $39.00 a month. I strongly recommend this business, the service, and services are superb and a cut above the rest!
Nov 18, 2019Previous reviewOmg I love this place! I just had my teeth whitened for the first time at Smile Brite OC in the Mission Viejo Mall across from Ruby's diner. The process was so easy, comfortable, and safe. Kristen the whitening technician was so informative and answered all my questions and concerns. The customer service is wonderful, and the entire process only takes 15 minutes. My teeth are about 5-6 shades whiter and I feel great seeing a brighter smile for the Holidays in time for pictures. I can't wait to go back!!!

Mar 16, 2022Previous reviewI first went to get my teeth whitened in December. Wow what a difference, so I joined the club and go once a month. It has made such a change in my smile. And Tina, Venessa and staff have all been amazing. I highly recommend them for any service. They are honest, kind and very knowledgeable.

Stephanie is great and such a nice and professional person. I signed up for the monthly membership to keep those pearls white. Also attached is a great selfie of the process which is painless and very comfortable. I am someone who has a horrible gag reflex and this is simple with nothing to trigger any issues.
