As a beginner it was so wonderful to feel that I was safely pushing my body deeper into the stretches- I didn't realize how flexible I already am! My instructor was so knowledgeable and gently helped adjust the poses for maximum stretching. The music was great and the studio is beautiful. I can't wait to come back!
