• It was an exquisite experience. I was disappointed, however, that my gift card had expired and I wasn't aware there was an expiration date. It wasn't on any of the stuff that came with the card. It was a lot of money. it would've been a great business move to give me at least partial credit. So while I recommend the salon as an amazing experience. I may not be back. It just felt like you could've met me halfway. Because before that happened, I was thinking, I should make room in my budget for this. It is such great self-care.

• For the result, I will need to look at it after 1 month, but She listened to my request well. I was really tired from the business trip the day before the appointment. She only asked the necessary questions needed. Also, her voice was quiet and calm. It felt somewhat relaxing, which I really liked.
