I love this studio! I've tried several different classes with several different instructors and the positive encouragement and skill level of all of them has been astounding. Trying something new can be frightening but when you are surrounded by peers who want you to succeed and instructors who are very capable and caring, it's a winning combination and one that keeps me returning again and again!

Amazing teachers, welcoming community, responsive and caring owner, good equipment. Can’t tell whether I’m happier at the studio or curled on the couch with my puppy, but both of those are about 18 billion times happier than anywhere else. This place is a sanctuary and I love the studio and everyone there.

Amy is a warm, attentive instructor who manages a full class well. She injected her energy into the class and checked in frequently with everyone individually to ensure that we were following along and to give us pointers. She effuses passion for pole and her experience is evident. Can't wait for my next class!
