Felt super inclusive, i loved the vibe i got from the class. I loved overhearing the Silks class too, you can tell the instructors are psyched to be here and teach some amazing skills! I will 100% be returning and booking multiple classes. This girl was to perform!!! Let's goooo!

Judgement free, friendly and emgaging instructors, and letting us know what movements will hurt. Example: if i had low back pain, danielle would let us know which moves will affect it. I think thats really important and it truly shows the experiance and expertise
