I chose a 9 because I was happy with my experience and the structure in the classes at the studio, however, I think the classes are crowded and I don't like sharing poles the whole class because it cuts down your pole time to about half the time spent conditioning. I noticed that I held back on fully doing what I would usually do if I was on my own at a pole. That being said, I will be back because I did enjoy the classes and the atmosphere.
