It was my first time exercising and taking a class in a very very long time so I was initially nervous coming in to the studio. However, Immediately walking in to the studio you can feel it is a welcoming and judgement free environment and I quickly became comfortable. Erin's class was fun and engaging, I honestly forgot that I was really working out! But don't let that fool you, I totally feel it the day after. I loved how Erin met me where I was at and provided specific feedback and words of encouragement. Would recommend this class for anyone who is looking for a fun way to get active, no matter your current fitness level.
