I will always recommend sky high. It is such an awesome studio with such diverse talented instructors. There is such a variety of classes there is always something for you to take.

Structured stretch routine that was dance oriented. Most moves were explained with a pole dance / sexy affiliation. Class wasn't to full, almost everyone had their own pole. Space for everyone to practice in unison. Skill evaluation and correction if needed the whole time.
