It has been amazing the past 2 days I have gone! Super supportive teachers with incredible energy. I have a 40 minute commute and I can say, without a doubt, everytime I've left the studio, I have left singing songs in my car and just feeling good overall. It's not only a great work out, but a fantastic way to clear the mind and become more sensual and fluid overall ❤️ Can't wait to come again this weekend and making it a recurring thing 😄

Erin is wonderful! She makes the class so easy to follow and so much fun! She is hilarious and very patient. I've been to Sky High for a couple private parties and a couple of classes, and it is always a wonderful experience!
