I prefer to support local businesses, so I would refer friends to a local business rather than a chain. Also: thr atmosphere was calm and relaxing - I felt very comfortable. I Also appreciated having a conversation after the massage about what was going on with the trouble spot on my shoulder, as well as recommendations for how to ease my shoulder/back pain
