• Prior to my service the communication was amazing. The moment I walked in to my treatment sunny was informative, understanding and a delight. During my treatment she made me feel at ease and was very understanding. She talked me through the process and gave clear instructions for post treatment care. I would definitely come back next month and recommend. Only thing is send instructions for the salon I was a bit confused once I got there because you only see the salon-- and no one answered the phone.

• I chose to score the service as a 10 because Sunny was very very nice and she was able to answer all my questions in regards to my skin. Very informative. I came in for a consultation and left feeling really good about my skin. Her assistant in the front was also a sweetheart! I even scheduled to have a facial to get this journey started!
