• Hannah went above and beyond to ensure my wax was really top notch. She was incredibly knowledgeable (I actually left having learned a lot!) and explained what she was doing in such a way that it was really clear that her technique came from real expertise. For example, we started out with one type wax but after seeing how it worked out on my hair type and skin, she introduced another and it worked really well. She left like, not a single hair. So thorough. And also just great to chat with throughout the treatment, which is always so appreciated. This was probably the least painful Brazilian I've had and it's definitely thanks to Hannah's skill.
