Skinny Beach uses Body Composition Analysis (BCA) first to determine the distribution and quantity of your stubborn fat and the likelihood of a satisfactory response from Coolsculpting is then determined. Many patients need a quick weight loss program first, for example. If you are over 40 and hypothyroid, you will not respond to Coolsculpting.The average med spa will not be able to tell you this nor determine what to do to fix this common issue causing weight gain in patients. We also use liposuction and 4D HIFU to achieve body contouring results that no other med spa in Southern California can.We do not offer Cooltone or Emsculpt so don't even ask.These treatments are ridiculous.Cooltone/Emsculpt are not permanent, and are no substitute for a personal trainer and a workout. Body sculpting is for stubborn fat, which inherently means you are already working out and eating right, and have fatty areas that persist despite reasonable efforts.Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something you don't need. We consider the patient as a whole, and understand that the beautification and age reversal process is often intimately connected to one's physiological state, especially hormone levels. Such things as hormone deficiency testing, NAD boosting, diet changes, weight loss, growth hormone pretreatments, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy may all be recommended as part of your project to reverse signs of aging or correct a face or body contouring irregularity.
