So I used to go here. They did pretty good laser hair removal but they push a lot of other stuff that you don't need. The environment felt very beauty toxic. The business wasn't actually started by the wife it was started by Dr. Jennings Ryan Staley. Which I'm guessing the ownership has changed since Dr. Staley is being charged and looks like will go to prison.
A doctor claimed he had a 'miracle cure' for covid. He's going to prison.

I'm glad I didn't continue going there. Certainly seems like shady folks running this business.

I did my last (6th) session that I had from an amazing GroupOn deal! Highly recommend using that deal as a first timer.

I got my underarms and a playboy bikini laser hair removal treatment. I have had different appointments at this location and the one in Del Mar.

This review is for MJ & Katie! They were both so welcoming and kind to me. I expressed to MJ that I had a very painful/uncomfortable experience the past few times doing the treatment at Del Mar's location. She was extremely careful with me and kept checking on me during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. This last session was honestly the best experience for me and I'm glad MJ was there!

After having a horrible customer service interaction, the co-owner reached out to me via phone call and apologized and honored what she said previously via message on YELP.

Rose - she was the person injecting me and she was super informative during the whole procedure. Making sure I wasn't in too much pain. She listened to what I wanted and the insecurity I had regarding the left side of my lip.

As for the results, I do wish they were more plump/dramatic results as I've gotten before with Juvederm Ultra but oh well.

Will update when I go back for some other treatments!

Talk about disappointing. I bought a Groupon here back in September for some IV therapy. Recently in March when the COVID was happening and this place was shut down for the doctor committing fraud and promising to cure COVID. I also bought laser hair removal and planned on coming back to have it done at some point this year because they offered me such a good deal.

When they were going out of business and / or switching ownership, they redeemed my Groupon without performing the service. Basically cashed in and didn't do the job I paid for. At this point I am out the money I had on my Groupon, as well as the credit I had with them for the laser hair removal treatments. Well over $250 flushed down the drain, basically stolen from me.

Talk about shady business practices. Multiple reviews saying the same thing, not a coincidence. New ownership now? I doubt it

First and foremost, I really do like Dr.Staley and had a wonderful experience with him prior to the covid 19 pandemic. That being said, I purchased one of the clinics weight loss packages through their emailing promo that entailed the doctor calling you for a telehealth appointment and once approved, staff would mail the patient their medications.
I confirmed via email that my payment went through a day after I made it and per email was told my medications were being mailed that day. Never got them. After many, and I mean many, attempts to either get a confirmation number on shipping or a refund, I gave up. My emails were never responded to, past that initial payment confirmation, and I was never refunded the $300. As someone who used to really like this clinic, I am disappointed and deeply saddened.

Heard this guy selling a "Covid package" for $595! (Btw the total cost of med is around $50) . He's allegedly hoarding meds and ripping people off. Hope this isnt true but if it is, there should be a stern punishment from the California state medical board. Don't take advantage of a crisis for your own financial gain! Shame!

Dr. Staley provided thorough, excellent care for my wife and I earlier this week after a friend recommended his COVID-19 testing and treatment services to us. It's still fairly difficult to find day-of tests with day-of results in LA county, and after a brief online consultation with Dr. Staley, he and his staff were able to test both of us instantly, with results ready in 15 minutes. Dr. Staley took the time to answer all of our questions about the virus, and the whole experience felt sterile and safe.

It's easy to panic during these times, and sadly, there are a lot of people out there trying to profit off that panic, but Dr. Staley is not one of those people. He charged us a very fair price for the tests, and we are grateful for all the honest medical professionals like him who are genuinely caring for people and helping them get through this crisis.

I found a Groupon for Botox and decided it to give this place a try. I got 20 units of botox and Juviderm. They mentioned IPL when I got there for sun spots and I decided to buy the 3 treatment package, first time. Dr. Staley and Tina were fantastic.

They also put me on a machine that read my fat index, my cell health - it was very informative! (I forgot the name)

I like to be very natural. Dr. Staley put just enough juviderm under my eyes and along the parenthesis (smile lines) to just soften my skin, no bruising or pain. The IPL has been fantastic. They used numbing cream on the second round. Much better! At first the impact and light startled me and it hurt a little. With the numbing cream it was much more pleasant.
I loved the results!
Sun spots have fallen off my face, I never got swollen or irritated. My skin looks soft and radiant. The botox was just enough to conceal the wrinkles on my forehead.
At my 2nd IPL I also had CoolSculpting on my chin.

The coolsculpting was a bit more intimidating. It wasn't painful but the suction took me a bit by surprise. I started to panic a little. They gave me some water, Tina read me a book and I relaxed.
I can not wait to see the results. The fat burns off after a couple of weeks and leaves the skin firm.
Tina gave me a complimentary skin lotion that I have been applying to go along with the IPL. Their own line. (sorry don't have it with me) but I have been applying it and can't wait to see the results in a couple of weeks to get rid of sun spots. i have little freckles. Some larger ones they have removed.

I can't wait for my 3rd IPL to finish the treatment!

Dr. Staley is very sensitive to what results you are looking for. Tina was very supportive and helpful. I am so glad I found this place! I haven't really been loyal to one place in the past but I intend to stick with them.

Just like many other customers, I have not been able to contact anyone at the SJC location. Here is what I don't understand....Why place a Groupon ad if you are not taking new customers, want new customers or are able to tend to ANY customers?

This place may have awesome reviews but the negative feedback due to their lack of response and unwillingness to allow customers to speak to a human is going to kill their 4.5 star rating.

Dr. Staley gave me my confidence back. Few years ago my face started to change I've always had dark circles then came fat bags under my eyes and started to lose volume. I couldn't stand to look in the mirror anymore.
The day I walked into his office Dr Staley told me he can fix my problem areas on my face. He does his work with such perfection! He made me feel so comfortable in his hands. I can now feel comfortable looking in the mirror because of DR. Staley and his staff!
