• I received a call asking me to come in 15 min early for the treatment that day. However the note wasn't put onto my appointment so I ended up waiting for 15 minutes to start the treatment at the original time. Whoever checked me in had no idea why I was there early and was told the room was ready and waiting the whole time I was there
