Patricia was amazing - super pleasant, always smiling, very patient and taking the time to answer all my questions and repeat when asked the same question again. She took quite some time with me and was very gracious when my mom came in as well asking a bunch of questions all over again! :) she was very knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns. She gave me solutions to my needs without making me feel like it needed more or trying to upsell me. The spa is also beautiful and the front desk greeted me well :)
