After a thread of miscommunication for a couple of weeks I was finally lucky to speak to Sarah (beauty director) on the phone and she was not only able to resolve it inventory issues but also set up my follow up treatments. And GREAT professional onsite - Josi Holmes. Very professional and knowledgeable. Excited to see results after the treatment is completed
